RESERVATION POLICIES:

Payments must be paid in full to reserve a spot in any program. 

Believer Sports Academy Inc (BSA) Members: BSA memberships pay for access to several group sports activities and academic programs. Please be sure to reserve a spot for those members to join the group. If a class is full, you will not attend the workout. For more information regarding a specific group, don't hesitate to contact the appropriate person. The contact information will be available in the schedule. 

Believer Sports Academy offers scholarships for our academic and mentoring programs. Don't hesitate to contact our Life Skills Department for more information. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

BSA understands that emergencies happen. However, we ask you to notify us in advance if you cancel any session.  

15mins late for any session is considered a cancellation. Cancellation without a call will forfeit your payment. The coach will reschedule a session if the cancellation happens within the appropriate time. 

Cancellation for programs must be made three weeks in advance for a full refund. However, a week before the program begins, we will provide a 50% refund. 

CHECK-IN:

For all sports or fitness-related activities, we expect participants to be dressed appropriately and ready to participate 15mins before activities start. 

For all activities (Academics, mentoring, and 'Play Date'), arriving 5-10mins earlier is appropriate. We plan to start on time and expect each student to be ready.

FACILITIES:

Please be sure to remove all your belongings from the facilities. Believer Sports Academy Inc. is not responsible for any lost items. 

Please be sure to wipe down equipment. 

Please be sure to throw away your trash and recycle bottles. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Each participant fills out health and safety forms. If there are any changes to your health, please let Believer Sports Academy Inc. staff know. 

A MEDICAL WAIVER LIABILITY FORM, WHICH IS BELOW, IS ATTACHED TO ALL BSA PAPERWORK. PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL ONE OUT FOR YOUR CHILD(REN).

Medication cannot be given out to any participant by any staff member of Believer Sports. In the case of an emergency, the emergency contact person will be notified, and so will medical personnel. Believer Sports will not assume responsibility for any medical bills. Parent/Legal Guardian will assume responsibility for any health-related issues of the participant, ___________________________, due to any activity with Believer Sports and or transportation with a member of Believer Sports. Parent and or Guardian(s) is waiving any fault or liability against Believer Sports. Parent and or Guardian(s) agree to accept responsibility for all medical concerns.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by PayPal and Square. Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter or other social media account. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short:  Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Website.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information. 5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?     

In Short:  If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Website offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Website. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. 10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Believer Sports Academy Inc has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Believer Sports Academy Inc will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.

Right to request deletion of the data - Request to delete

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system.
